the company will grow up.
Another benefit having
small teams for Starbucks is the manager can spend more time with each employee
as necessary. And it helps the company to gain better relationship between
manager and employees.

weekly interviews. And therfor, each employee thinks that they play an
important role in an organisation.

Good welfare measures: Starbucks gives
employees discounts for buying opportunities, medical insurance, dividents of a
company.
